Camera Condition and Return Policy

At CaptureFilm, we take pride in delivering quality products. All cameras undergo thorough testing before sale. Each piece is meticulously inspected to ensure it's in perfect working condition.

In the rare event of receiving a faulty camera or encountering issues, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns or exchanges are accepted within this period. After 7 days, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Warranty Information

As our cameras are vintage and pre-owned, we do not provide a warranty. We are transparent about the nature of these items, ensuring they are in optimal condition upon sale, but they are sold without warranty.

Return Shipping and Refund Process

  • Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for covering shipping charges to return the product.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will not include shipping charges; shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Timely Return: To ensure a smooth process, return items within 7 days of receiving authorization. Failure to return within this timeframe may result in an inability to process a refund.

Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is not received, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. There may be processing time before a refund is posted.

International Orders

We ship internationally but are not liable for any import taxes, duties, or customs charges incurred by the buyer. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event of an international order being returned to us, we cannot refund customs charges, or import duties/taxes.
