What happens if I receive a faulty camera or encounter issues with my purchase?

In the rare event of receiving a faulty camera or encountering issues, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns or exchanges are accepted within this period. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Do you offer any warranty on your vintage cameras?

As our cameras are vintage and pre-owned, we do not provide a warranty. However, we are transparent about the condition of these items, ensuring they are in optimal condition upon sale.

What is your return policy, and how does the refund process work?
